Refund Policy


For orders purchased on MarcusTheatres.com or the Marcus Theatres / Movie Tavern mobile app, a refund can be requested for the original purchase price, minus the online service charge. You can request refund online HERE, or through the "Manage Tickets" section of the mobile app.


Private Cinema orders are non-refundable.


The following restrictions apply:


  • 1.Refunds must be requested prior to 30 minutes before show time.
  • 2.Refunds will be made to the same credit card or other purchase method(s) used to make the purchase (Gift cards, Magical Movie Rewards Dollars, etc.). Credits/Debit card refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Contact your credit card company/bank with questions relating to when the refunded amount will post to your account.

For orders purchased at a theatre location, refunds or exchanges must be completed in-person at the theatre box prior to showtime.
